Practicing yoga can help increase focus, decrease anxiety, and also help ease aches and pains of daily life. Everyone can benefit from yoga by incorporating it into their self care routines, it has also been incorporated into the corporate world as well as training plans for sports teams.

About Me

Page Pelzer Jackson

Yoga was something that I never would have thought was for me. I've dealt with anxiety my entire life, and my doctors had always recommended yoga as a more natural route for treatment. Yoga always seamed to "heady" for me, so I stuck to my higher impact workouts. It wasn't until I had my first child and developed postpartum anxiety and depression that I finally gave in and found my love for yoga. I credit my practice for making me more self aware, and less self conscious. It also didn't hurt that it helped me get rid of those last few pounds of baby weight!


Through my own practice, I developed such a passion for yoga that I became a Registered Yoga Teacher so I could begin to help others find their inner peace, physical and mental strength, and lead a healthier, happier life through finding their own yoga practice.

I currently reside in Woodstock, GA with my husband and two children, and will be teaching classes and private lessons in the North Atlanta area.
